Gamer Tuesday

Come compete against friends on our PS4 game system.

Bug-Free Drive-In Double Feature
June 9 at 6 p.m.
Sing along to The Muppet Movie and later on Grease. For all ages.

Monticello Skate
Saturday, June 10 @ 12:00 p.m.
Jordan Park
This annual skateboarding competition is run in conjunction with the Monticello Parks Department.  There are three divisions: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.  Prizes will be awarded in each division.  Register at Jordan Park between 12:00 and 1:00 on the day of the event.  No entry fee. Signed waivers required.

LittleBits Activity
June 14 at 1 p.m.
Create and build using the LittleBits electronic kits.

Baking for Seniors
June 22 at 1 p.m.
Come make cookies and deliver to one of the senior nursing homes.

Teen Movie Night
June 22 at 5 p.m.

Reuse, Remake, Renew
June 27 at 1 p.m.
Learn new ways to remake and up-cycle household materials.

Teen Summer Book Club
Focus will be on non-fiction books whose protagonists built better lives for others out of difficult circumstances.

Knitting and Crocheting for Warm-Up America

Learn to knit or crochet squares for Warm-Up American-an organization that donates handmade blankets to the homeless. Yarn and needles/hooks provided.

Building the Batmobile
July 14 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Join us on the patio to see a replica of the 1966 batmobile on display from Fiberglass Freaks. All ages.

Teen Wilderness Survival Class
July 15 at 2 p.m.
Join us for a wilderness survival class taught by Clint Jivoin. Topics will include finding and building shelter, planning ahead and rescue, food gathering and more.

Farmer's Market: Power of Produce Club (POP)
Open to ages 4-16
Every Tuesday night beginning on June 6 - August 8 at 4 p.m.
The library is partnering with the Farmer's Market every Tuesday during summer reading. Stop by for activities and free POP bucks to spend on fruits and vegetables.
