Adult Education
The library, as an educational institution offers many
opportunities for continuing education. Besides the numerous books
in our facility to further knowledge we offer classes on several
topics.
Classes to Watch For:
- English as a Second Language
Every Wednesday at 6:00 PM
For all levels of English proficiency this ongoing class is
directed towards those interested in learning English as a
second language. This class breaks for the summer.
- Spanish Classes
Our Spanish Language courses have ended for the season.
Check at the circulation desk or at our calendar for information
on when the classes will be available again. In the meantime,
you can use our Rosetta Stone software to brush up on your
Spanish. Inquire at the circulation desk.
- Computer Classes
To be announced
Basic computer classes covering the mouse and desktop up to
email, the internet, and using Microsoft Word. These classes are
offered once in the Spring and again in the Fall. Be sure to
register! There is a $5 refunded fee for holding your seat.

Now available!
You can take a self guided Spanish Language course on the
library computers. Simply create an account at the circulation
desk and you will have access.
